Authors Must:
- Enter their corresponding submission/reference number #. This number is listed under “Reference” on the Invoice.
- Enter the Full name of the lead author of the paper.

The publication charges are shown in the table below. These charges can be paid by the author, the author's funding agency, or the author's institution.
