For the previous two decades, Generation Y purchasers have become a worldwide advertisers' target market because of their spending force and high potential to take part in impulse buying behavior. Purchaser's expectations are shifted and affected by visual contact, perceptual interface and stimulus interaction. When advertising items, merchants will, in general, instigate purchasers impulsivity through different techniques for incitement. This reality has prompted the expanding complexity of the components which decide impulsive purchasing. A review survey was structured and distributed among 300 Generation Y purchasers of style clothing. The outcomes demonstrate that demographic factor (gender) has the most grounded effect on impulsive purchasing, followed by situational and individual components. A remarkable finding is that demographic factor (salary); situational factor (social impact) and individual factor (extraversion) don't animate impulse buying behavior of Generation Y. This exploration broke down the variables which decide impulsive buying, and utilized a survey so as to examine the elements that decide female customers' impulsive purchases of cosmetic products. Researchers over the years have tried to elaborate the connection between individual attitude and behavior which is translated in pro environmental consumption through different models. These prototypes are based on conventional theories which lack general consensus and do not portray the ideal balance between the variables. The aim of this paper is to test the relationship among a set of concepts which allow us to recommend a prototype for pro environmental customer behavior (green behavior) established on a diverse group of consumer buying behavior precedent; pro-social behavior of customer, the importance they give to ecofriendly product and communication. Data was gathered through self-structured questionnaire which was further analyzed by applying Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Findings from the survey reveal that pro-social behavior directly affects the value consumers put on ecofriendly consumption, and the value consumers put on green products stimulates specific buying behavior and acceptance to green marketing. Nevertheless green marketing has a very feeble effect on buying behavior with respect to green products. The significance and thorough understanding of the connection among these notions is critical in designing a comprehensive marketing strategy for a green product in order to foster desired buying behavior. Equal Gender Analysis on the Meaning of Words Animals’ Applelation in Arabic

*Akmaliyaha, aUniversitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, Indonesia,

*Corresponding Author Email: akmaliyah@uinsgd.ac.id

Gender is a social-cultural construct of the role of women, their nature and characters, in their particular society. Peculiar among its forms is the one that exists in the language used to express the concept. Language is a product of culture which in its turn colors our understanding of gender and vice-versa there occurs interchange of influence between culture and language. Core components of language are words and their meanings. Some words and meanings in Arabic which reveal the appellation of the animals are interesting to note as they are accompanied with specific gender. In a manner similar with their counterpart in being, i.e. human being, they possess gender (sex) and its inherent characteristics. So the animals designated on the word for the female gender is not the one intended for another particular gender i.e.  a male one; Special character refers therefore only to a specific gender. It can be assumed that denoting certain animals to a specific gender could indicate a degree of inequality in aspects of language. Certain characters are determined to be owned by only certain types of animals. Pages 122 to 132

This study discusses the wrong way of using particles (joshi) in terms of meaning and function and how to use them in Japanese sentences. In the research data from the results of the tests and interviews of this study, it was found that one of the reasons is the influence of Indonesian as a first language learner. When filling in the question by translating, the learners, usually directly interpret it in Indonesian without seeing the function of the particles. Since the use of particles in Japanese sentences is complex, learners cannot interpret directly into Indonesian or other foreign languages and even when simply making a sentence, the learner must know the meaning and function of the particle. Customer Loyalty and the Effect of Cost Switching As a Moderation Variable: Case Study of Cellular Telephone Markets in the City of Bandung and Cimahi

Andhi Sukmaa, aWidyatama University, Indonesia

 Email: andhi.sukma@widyatama.ac.id

The mobile phone market in the cities of Bandung and Cimahi had increased to 5 million customers by early 2017. The mobile phone market has become increasingly competitive with the presence of 7 cellular telephone operators. Competition in this industry has resulted in operators trying to attract new customers while retaining existing customers. In this study, the authors will examine the effect of customer satisfaction, trust and perceived switching cost on customer loyalty. This study also aims to test switching cost as a moderating variable on the relationship of customer satisfaction and trust in customer loyalty. This research was conducted on cellular phone users in the cities of Bandung and Cimahi. The sample was chosen based on random sampling and in total there were 215 respondents. The validity test was carried out using the SPSS program for factor analysis. Data processing is done by linear regression analysis to test the effect of customer satisfaction and trust in customer loyalty. The effect of perceived switching cost on customer loyalty and the effect of perceived switching cost as moderating variables was tested by linear regression analysis using a dummy variable. The results of the factor analysis showed that there were two variables in the questionnaire that were invalid so they were not included in the further analysis. The results of linear regression analysis show that in cellular telephone customers in the cities of Bandung and Cimahi, both customer satisfaction and trust do not have an effect on customer loyalty. Perceived switching cost has an effect on customer loyalty but perceived switching cost is not a moderating variable because switching cost is the only factor that influences customer loyalty. Cellular phone operators should provide customers who could switch to other operators with details regarding high switching cost. Pages 276 to 292
